Antonius is a brewery located in the South Tyrol and specifically in Fié. It was created in 2012 by Daniel Anrather and Karin Obrist, who have realized their dream. They looked for a suitable place with the best water to produce their beer, a former carpentry turned into a brewery. The Antonius beer is brewed according to the German purity laws, exclusively made with malt, hops, yeast and water. Moreover it is not pasteurized in order to enhance all the natural taste that would otherwise be lost.The Antonius Brewer makes sure that nothing goes wrong in the production process and that the beer has the right color and the perfect foam.Only 4 employees run the brewery: the Brewer, an apprentice and Daniel and Karin, you can feel their passion and their care in the production of beer Antonius by tasting the product.
