An ancient abandoned wine farm, lives again thanks to the renovation of Mrs Rossella Tondo and along with the structure live again the Salento's traditions and the good handmade production. This small company of Squinzano has the noble goal of adding value to the ancient traditional recipes giving new shape to the cookies, to the sweets and to the many specialties that define the area. Preservatives and colorants free; only a lot of authenticity for each sweets, prepared by hand by Rossella and her colleagues. The brand MR (the ‘R’ stands for Rossella) is a kindness guarantee for all the products sweet or salted. Particular recognition for the Tornelli, frollini made with egg yolks, orange peel, butter, caster sugar, lemon and finally three toasted almonds are by hand and added in each cookie. Another special product is: the Campanelle salate prepared with almonds, extra virgin olive oil of their own production, white wine, flour and not much else.

The toasted almonds are covered with a light mixture: the results of the Campanelle salate is extraordinary, their flavor is intense if combined with a good white wine.
