This farm was created by Sabrina, who since she was a child has always been passionate about the 
world of olive growing and,after a degree in engineering and professional experiences otside Liguria
in multinational companies,she tried to realize her passion by pursuing the dream of creating a farm.

The first step was to purchase new olive groves that were added to those already owned by her family;
in the following years was purchased:the olive-press,a packaging line for the oil and
a complete line forprocessing olives in brine.

Today she cultivates her olives groves with respect for nature and animals and personally takes care
of every phase of the production process.

Her motto is :" small or big victories are not a coincidence: they are hard work, perseverance, study,
sacrifice and above all, love for what you are doing."

The awards obtained in the 2024/2025 year: LEONE D'ORO selection, publication in the MERUM GUIDE,
assignment of the THREE LEAVES in the Gambero Rosso guida oli d'Italia, consolidate the results 
obtained in previous years and are considered as a starting point,as stages of a constant path
of improvemnt.
