MARICHA S.A.S.

Maricha, in the Sanskrit language of the ancient Vedas, the mysterious people who lived in an
unspecified region of India about 3000 BC, means "pepper".
This laboratory founded in 2005, strongly supported by Gianni Frasi, esoteric Veronese roaster from Jamaica Caffè,
brings pepper back into the family business, which had already been involved in it for 30 years
from 1930 to 1960.
Today, as then, the protagonist is Sarawak pepper.
In Sarawak there are the only spontaneous pepper plants on the planet,
so it is in this extreme place of north-western Borneo that the origin of all the pepper in the world
is found.
It is there that Maricha found a way to create a series of methodological "visions" which,
thanks to the contribution of capable and sensitive people, made it possible to present
in a few years a dizzying collection, unique in the world, capable of restoring the right dignity
to these berries.
Sarawak peppers, of different varieties, collected and processed with revolutionary systems
give the opportunity to enjoy unprecedented aromas, freshness and perfumes.
It is in the sensitivity of those who use it, the choice of the most suitable pepper for the dish that
will be cooked. For this reason, there are no specific indications for use with the intention of not influencing or confusing the behavior of those who decide to frequent these peppers.
Maricha, is the only laboratory in the world to deal exclusively with pepper.
