pickled vegetables

A classic of the italian gastronomic tradition. A tasty preparation of vegetable cooked in Lugana Barricato vinegar and preserved in oil. The peculiarity of this pickled vegetables is the strong and acetic but not pungent falvor given by the Lugana Vinegar, aged in barrique and made more pleasant by the conservation in  oil, that is a mix of sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil from Garda. The pickled vegetables is made with 9 different types of vegetables, selected by the Agriter farm in Offlaga and processed in Succulento's kitchens in the day.
