Grace Rose'
Grace is not just any wine. It's part of a much bigger and more ambitious project where Danesi, Rubelli and Arcari strive to create the best possible option to pair with DOC Botticino - the most historic designation from Brescia that now only counts about 30 cultivated hectares. This territory is definitely reserved for viticulture, in fact vines don't need much human intervention and plants, more than 70 years old, are a testament to that. The calcareous bottom with clay on top is the natural bed where the plants have prospered for decades and where today this wine is born. In 2018 we created an agricultural society that will exclusively take care of producing in this area: Posapiano is the name which also reflects the slow prerequisite to produce wines of the highest quality and unparalleled identity. With the 2019 harvest, Grace was the first Posapiano wine. The name Grace comes from New York's Grand Central station, built with Botticino marble..
