The vineyards of Barbera, always in the Santa Maria estate of La Morra, surround the winery. After a period of aging and aging about a year in stainless steel tanks, it rests in bottles for another eight months before entering the market.

 

Wine: Barbera 100%
Minimum alcohol content: 13% vol.
Maturation and aging: make a first step in stainless steel containers for 8:00 to 12:00 months. After this period, the wine is bottled and will develop its best features.

Serving temperature and food pairings: it should be served at cellar temperature in a large goblet.
It is suitable to accompany all dishes of regional and international cuisine. Beautiful with risotto and pasta, white meat, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
