Ingredients: only pine nuts (without walnuts or cashews), Italian extra virgin olive oil, Genovese basil d.o.p., and Parmigiano Reggiano, Fiore Sardo, Salt of Trapani and Garlic of Vessalico.

The Genovese Basil dop. Traditionally cultivated in Liguria, it has obtained the Certification of Protected Origin, making the Ligurian basil as one of the best cultivated in Europe and in the World.

The sea Salt of Trapani. The first saltworks in the area of Trapani were founded in the Phoenician period and since then have not stopped production. Thanks to the natural evaporation, the salt does not report the bitter and the sour hints of some industrial products, obtained due to the high temperatures.

The Garlic of Vessalico. Vessalico is a small town in the Ligurian hinterland. There has always been a fragrant garlic, with a strong bur perfectly digestible flavor.

The Pine Nuts are one of the fundamental ingredients of quality pesto, today replaced in many products  by cashew nuts or walnuts. The Pesto Rossi1947 strictly and exclusively uses selected pine nuts.

Pecorino Fiore Sardo dop. It is the cheese that characterizes the Pesto Rossi, strictly produced with raw milk.

Parmigiano Reggianoi dop. The king of Italian cheeses. Nine centutries of history, produced with raw cow's milk partially skimmed for surfacing, withouth the addition of additives or preservatives.
