AMERICAN PALE ALE - 500 ML

A PLAY OF WORDS, ALMOST A JOKE, HAPA, OUR AMERICAN PALE, HAS THE NAME OF ONE OF THE MOST SIMPLE AND MOST COMMON AGRICULTURAL TOOLS, THE MATTOCK, WHICH NARRATES US A HISTORY OF REAL LIFE, SIMPLICITY AND LOVE FOR THE LAND.

Hapa is a high fermentation beer, unpasteurised and non-pasteurized in American Pale Ale style with copper color.  The malt blends with the shades of the Camonica Valley and honey, opening after the amber and the soft aromas of American hops (citrus and exotic fruit), making this beer extremely drinkable. With an alcohol content of 6% vol, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8 / 10ºC.

FOOD COMBINATIONS:
Beef carpaccio, arrugola and grana, sweet mustard beef fillet, curry chicken, alpine cheese with pressed medium-aged pasta.
