The traditional Panettone was the first dessert created by Infermentum. It leaves the oven after no less than 22 hours of passionate preparation and natural leavening, using the same mother yeast from the earliest experiments in the kitchen. Its fluffy centre is filled with organic raisin and candied oranges prepared according to the best French tradition. All of these flavours are enriched by the unmistakable aroma of bourbon Madagascar vanilla.

 

INGREDIENTS
‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied oranges (16%), butter, pasteurized fresh egg yolks, sugar, natural mother yeast, organic raisins (8%), rice starch, acacia honey, candied orange paste, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
