Infermentum interprets the Torta of Rose (Rose Cake),a typical dessert of Mantua, beloved also in the city of Verona. This dessert is prepared  with mother yeast that ferments, ferments and ferments some more, until it is lighter than any other. This artisan delight gives of scents of orange and vanilla. It is perfect for breakfast or Sunday’s with family and close friends. Heat before serving: this is essential!

 

INGREDIENTS
Cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, pasteurized whole fresh eggs, natural mother yeast, candied orange paste, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
Topping: cane sugar, fresh pasteurized egg whites.
