PORCINI MUSHROOMS RISOTTO

The Porcini Mushrooms risotto is a classic of the italian cuisine, a typical autumn main course, delicious and very aromatic. 
Preparing a  chef Risotto has never been so easy !
heat up 3 spoons of oil or butter in a pan, toast the contents of the bag for 30 sec on high heat.
Add a little bit of dry  white wine ( not sweet) and let it fade ( the alcohol needs to evaporate).. we recommend a good wine … otherwise skip this step. 
While stirring, gradually add boiling water and cook 
(18-20min depending on your taste).
At the end of the cooking remove from heat and check that the risotto ripples in waves (otherwise add a little bit of hot water until the result is achieved) .
Depending on your taste, add two knobs of butter or extra virgin olive oil and parmigiano reggiano or grana padano and let it melt.
