BALANDERS
Camuno Brewery
A STRONG FRIENDSHIP,
A GREAT PASSION
From here our serious, challenging project originates in 2012, deliberately given a name to be somewhat aloof in some sort of funny exorcism. Balander in the Camuno dialect means a little bit of a good, unreliable, joker.
Balanders' is our brewery, immersed in the Camonica valley where our beer is born. We are Gianpietro, Gotthard, Germano and this is our dream.
We select top quality malt and pilasters to combine them with pure spring water that flows directly from the heart of our mountains; we are always looking for new flavors, new aromas, new combinations, creating unique and memorable, all 100% natural, non-pasteurized, filtered and without preservatives, born out of a true passion that translates into pure and simple craftsmanship: we care for every detail, at all stages of production, as wise masters, because beer is for us a work of art that must please and inspire.
Our land, from millennial history, is the first source of inspiration and, as it is, the Spirit of the Mountain that mysterious aura that every time attracts our gesture, creating in us wonder and mystery ... we feel the same emotions when, as in a ritual, we wisely mix water, malt and hops to give birth to the must of beer ...
"Twice a year, but for several days, from the Pizzo Badile an immense shadow stands out in the clear sky of March and in that drizzle of September: tall, solemn, pointed, crowned by a large number of rays that flood the sky. It is a shadow of gray, sometimes bluish, which seems to attract and at the same time frighten, which falls on the Valley as a spirit, and which lowers itself slowly to disappear when the imposing sun appears on the mountain top. Our land, from millennial history, is the first source of inspiration and, as it is, the Spirit of the Mountain, that mysterious aura that every time attracts our gesture, creating in us wonder and mystery... we feel the same emotions when, as in a ritual, we wisely mix water, malt and hops to give birth to the must of beer...
