Today the Fornacione is one of the most important economic realities of the reggiana mountain, and one of the most significant cheese factory in the province, but despite the continuous changes and innovations, it has mantained a close link with its history, starting with the site, that despite the recent works for redevelopment, has mantained the same plant since 1933, presenting itself with a very beautiful stone building, where you can also find the cozy shop.
