Almond 50%, flour “00”, Granualted Sugar, Butter, Powdered Yeast, Orange and Lemon Peel.

CHARACTERISTICS
The pastry is prepared with very fresh butter and Egg Yolk, grated orange and Lemon peel. Every single biscuit is filled with three different types of toasted almonds. The preparation is completely a work of art.
