LICOSA RED MULLET IN EVO OIL - 50 gr
The Licosa Red Mullet is caught between Ogliastro Marina and Punta Licosa.
It is a rock mullet, which gives its flesh a hint of sea grass.
The catch reaches a maximum of 8–9 kg at a time.
Processing:
The mullet is carefully scaled and filleted.
The small quantities, placed in salt, mature after a long natural curing process.
After curing, they are packaged in glass jars and preserved in oil.
All processing is free of added preservatives or colorings.
The pinkish color of this product is completely natural and, in our opinion, fascinating!
Use:
Due to its high salinity, we recommend pairing it with products with a sweet and delicate flavor or slightly acidic ones.
We recommend fresh cheeses, cherry tomatoes, and, if desired, a touch of chili pepper.
