ANCHOVIES FILLETS - 120 gr

Anchovies carefully selected to obtain an excellent product that can satisfy the most refined palates. When fresh the anchovies are handcrafted by cleaning them and putten in salt, and then let them mature for at least three months. Once seasoned they are delicately fileted and only the whole fillets are selected to be packed and preserved in Evo oil.
