Savouring this Birra di Parma Gold Ale means moving in a delightful landscape. The delicate hoppy notes, the light spicy and citrus sensations appear delicate and elegant. We don’t know if we are the ones hanging out in the soul of this beer or whether it is the beer that moves sinuously inside our emotions. Not too cold and not too fast, we find time to walk into the soul of its taste.

Appearance: Intense golden colour, abundant, creamy and persistent white foam.

Nose: The light contribution of the hops is balanced with slightly spicy and citrus notes. The malty component and hints of honey integrate the aromatic picture.

Palate: The entry is marked by hints of sweetness that immediately leave room for a sip that is quite dry, subtly bitter and slightly citrusy. Suggested pairings: It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine. It does not disdain pairing with medium-aged cheeses, medium-sweet first courses and medium-flavoured second courses of meat.
