Silver is a precious discovery in the starry sky of Birra di Parma Imperial Pils style beers. However, the Imperial has aromatic-gustatory characteristic that offers a more evident hopping and a higher alcohol content than a traditional Pilsner. Category: Imperial Pils Process: non-filtered, non-pasteurised, low fermentation beer. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, sugar.

Alcohol level: 6.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 6/8°C .

Golden yellow colour, creamy, compact and persistent foam cap. High carbonization.

Nose: Pleasant and noticeable hoppy notes emerge on all the citrus notes. The fresh herbaceous and floral sensations make the aroma intriguing.

Palate: A clearly dry and thirst-quenching sip.

The presence of hops is appreciated, alongside floral and herbaceous notes and a hinted smoothness guaranteed by alcohol and the sweet notes of malt. The good carbonation and the pasty consistency help to leave a slightly bitter memory in the finish.
