MENAICA ANCHOVIES FILTERING - 120 gr

The Filtering of Menaica Anchovies is the result of the surfacing of the liquid extracted from the saltiong of the Menaica  Anchovies, a Slow Food Presidium.
It is characterize by a light color and has a delicate but decise flavour.

It will give your dishes, pastas or vegetables a unique flavour of the sea.

The cap is covered with white shellac to give safety and elegance, the label itself has the shape of Anchovie and is embellished by the central gold detail.

It is a product that can be used to flavor fish- based appetizers, salads, grilled, steamed or sauteed vegetables, to give an extra touch of flavour to fish soups and first courses.
