These sweets are made with eggs, sugar and flour and just a couple of top-quality ingredients which are all mixed together. We still make them by hand, as can be seen by their irregular shape, just like they did in the past.
Eggs, sugar, flour and almonds are mixed together to create biscuits with the typical shape of “cantuccini”. Irresistible at the end of a meal.
