Produced in the area of Palermo, in the months of July and August.

Color: medium amber, in the crystallized tends to gray.
Crystallization: fine-grained and compact consistency.
Odor: intense, strong, characteristic, pungent, intense of eucalyptus flowers.
Taste: delicate, very pleasant, reminiscent of the English licorice candies, also suitable for children.
Uses: it is universally known for its beneficial properties for the laringo-pharyngeal tract, aromatic honey, it has antioxidant properties like Manuka honey.
