Speaking about genuine taste the anchovies in olive oil are a real delicacy, if you would prepare it with the pasta you’ll dive into the taste of the pasta as it was in the Middle Ages: to make it clear centuries before the tomatoes from the Americas would come in Europe. The pasta with anchovies and bread crumbs is a typical sicilian dish.

Ingredients: anchovies, olive oil ( made up of refined olive oils and virgin olive oils ) 30 % , salt.
