Saten wine is produced with grapes coming exclusively from the terraced vines of Montorfano, adjacent to the main cellar, which is why it's defined as a cru. Mineralogy and sapidity, scents of ripen fruit, freshness and richness in taste make it one of our most particular and exemplative wines of the production method without exogenous sugars. It's only produced in special years and in small thousands of bottles. It's the first Franciacorta typology with which the company started and experimented the "solouva method."
