FERLA HONEY - 250 GR

Produced on the island of Filicudi in the Palermo area in June.

Color: amber tending to light.
Crystallization: very fine slow grain.
Smell: delicate, slightly fruity.
Taste:  delicate, fruity medium sweet.
Uses: Delicate honey , indicated for those who do not like very intense honeys, it is reccommended to taste it with fresh ricotta.
