Crystallization: very fast, crystallizes a few days after the honey extraction being produced in a particularly cold period.
Rare honey of difficult production being a winter honey.
Smel: It has a particular scent that reminds the fruit.
Taste: Very particular to be slowly dissolved in the mouth, almost creamy consistency.
