CITRUS FRUITS HONEY - 100 GR

Produced in Palermo in April.

Color: very clear when it is still liquid, yellow when it crystallizes.
Crystallization:often with large, sandy, semi-rapid crystals.
Odor: medium-low intensity,reminiscent of jasmine flowers,floral.
Flavor: honey of medium aromatic intensity, between the floral and the fruity, reminiscent of jasmine.
Uses: it is one of the most universally appreciated table honeys. It has sedative and antispasmodic with relaxing action.
