This Brazilian coffee is a natural Arabica cultivated in the Cerrado area, west of São Paulo, in a small city in the hills called Montecarmelo. Here at 700 mt of altitude, the sandy territory gives a lower yield in the harvest but an excellent quality result. It rarely rains. The coffee grows and matures wholesome with a perfect drying. It has a splendid appearance. In the cup the aroma is pungent of fresh walnuts and honey. Extraordinary for a Santos: it has a full body. It is sweet and chocolaty. The selection is extreme.
