CORDIOLI EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Named for the “historic” area of our farm, and obtained from cultivars typical of our geographical area—Grignano, Favarol and Pendolino—this extra virgin olive oil is characterized by distinctive citrus and floral notes, with a finish of green almond. On tasting, it confirms these olfactory sensations, with a well-balanced, delicate bitterness and peppery pungency.
