This marmalade is made with the citruses grown at the slopes of the Mount Etna. The citruses are very big fruits, but with a very little pulp and all the perfume is contained in the rind. The  marmalades are made with freshly picked fruit and no added thickeners or flavoring, so you will have the feeling of eating fresh fruit. The addition of organic cane sugar makes our marmalades delicate and non sickly sweet at all.
