WHITE TRUFFLE SAUCE

The sauce is prepared with champignon mushrooms, refined white truffle, bianchetto truffle and extra virgin olive oil. It is the ideal dressing for toast, bruschetta, focaccia bread and pizza! 

Ingredients:  champignon mushrooms min. 80%, extra virgin olive oil min. 15%, bianchetto truffle (tuber borchi vitt.) min 3%, white truffle (tuber magnatum pico) min. 1%, salt, aromas.
