WILDFLOWER HONEY

It is a brown blond honey, by the pleasant taste and a not very pronounced fragrance, almost neutral. It comes from hilly areas of spontaneous vegetation. It is a table honey more than a therapeutic one. 

All kinds of honey are at first at liquid state and after time, especially with cold, they tend to crystallize, each in different times. This phenomenon is a natural process, an indication of genuineness.
