LINDEN HONEY

Honey by the amber color, with a pleasant, pervasive taste, and by the aromatic fragrance. Mainly used as antispasmodic and sedative. It works against insomnia, and is advisable to sugar evening's infusions.  

All kinds of honey are at first at liquid state and after time, especially with cold, they tend to crystallize, each in different times. This phenomenon is therefore a natural process, an indication of genuineness.
