ACACIA HONEY

The acacia honey is of yellow color, slightly amber, by the very sweet taste and soft aroma. It is used in the kitchen as a sweetener. Advisable for light diabetics as rich in lactose, but without excesses. 

All kinds of honey are at first at liquid state and after time, especially with cold, they tend to crystallize, each in different times. This phenomenon is a natural process, an indication of genuineness.
