It also goes well with roast white meats, flavorful vegetable soups and it also works well as an appetizer served by itself.

Production process: For the recipe of this beer, we have chosen a unique blend of European malts, which give the beer a full-bodied and easy-drinking character.
The classic melting pot of hops imparts fresh citrus notes typical of the American hops we use.
After bottling, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle until the yeasts have been consumed, thus giving the beer healthy foam and fizziness. 
The yeasts create natural sediment that rests at the bottom of the bottle.
