An unfiltered, unpasteurized beer from the Ceci family, double-fermented in bottle.

Suggested pairing: Appetizers, light and simple dishes, charcuterie and snacks.
At the beach, on the sea, under the sun, outdoors with friends… around a bonfire.

Production process: This Belgian-inspired beer pays homage to the Farmhouse Ale style.
It's produced using a barley malt and wheat malt and its must undergoes a long period of infusion.
The resulting must is hopped using a wide variety of hops, both European and American, in order to create balanced taste with bitter notes and intense aromatic character.
In particular, a type of hops is used that gives classic citrus notes. The must is fermented using the high temperature fermentation method and selected yeasts that impart rich notes of ripe fruit to the beer.
When fermentation and cold aging have been completed, the beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized.
It is bottled and allowed to re-ferment in the bottle in order to achieve light, natural fizziness.
