On the charming hill feet, overlooking Mandranova plain, Alessandro di Camporeale. Estate was built, in this ancient and enchating land where agriculture has long been main activity.


Here Natale and Benedetto make wine from the grapes exclusively coming from the family estate, reinterpreting Sicilian wine tradition through modern technology, enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes to produce wines of great grape value, expressions of an extraordinary territory.



Built in 2000 the winery is equipped with automated temperature and humidity control system, ideal for refining and maturing wines. Barriques, tonneaux and big oak casks are used in the production of Syrah, as the wine first stays in the casks for about 10 months and then in bottles for a further 6 months, always at a constant temperature of 18?C. Sauvignon Blanc, Catarratto, Grillo and Nero d’Avola, remain in steel tanks for 6 months, followed by other months in bottles.
