Catarratto pure as you've ever tasted. Absolutely spectacular and a great surprise.
The vineyards, seven hectares, is located in a masterly location about 400-450 meters above sea level on limestone soils.
The location is spectacular, steep hills above the Gulf of Castellammare and Zingaro Park, in the face
the mistral.
Grapes are harvested in mid-September, they come from a selection of the two best locations. The maturation was
perfect, with a sugar content of 18.50. long wine at controlled temperatures and in the presence of fine lees
until mid-January.
