THE MUSCOVADO AND CINNAMON COOKIE - 250gr

The Muscovado and Cinnamon cookie is the classic coffee cookie interpreted by Infermentum. As usual, there are butter and cinnamon, but sugar acquires character. They chose the muscovado brown sugar, not refined and dark in color with a percentage of molasses that gives it a particular flavor, with a hint of licorice.
