The Tagliatelle are a much loved Italian classic.

They are very popular in Emilia where they are usually preparated with ragù. The name comes from "tagliare" wich means to cut.

Their width is around 5 mm.

Their are made with durum wheat semolina and 100% Italian fresh eggs.

Ingredients: durum wheat flour, whole fresh eggs 33,4%.

Cooking time : 2 minutes.
