INFERMENTUM - MONTE NUVOLA - 850 GR

   


Inspired by the Pandoro cake, the Monte Nuvola has a fine, light and soft dough thanks to the natural leavening that lasts 42 hours, including the processing steps. The ingredients are added one by one, at the perfect time for each one.

This sweet cake for a white Christmas is an homage to family, childhood and carefree games, a lightness that some of the Infermentum founders shared as children not far from home, in a meadow smelling of snow in winter, up there, on Monte Nuvola, above the Veronese hills.

Savour it even better by sprinkling it with powdered sugar.

Ingredients

‘00’ soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized eggs, fresh cream, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Marsala wine (contains sulfites), acacia honey, salt, brewer’s yeast, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans

N.B. Dust with powdered sugar before tasting. This is the secret to achieving the most balanced taste: an initial burst of sweetness that gives way to the elegant softness of the cake.

Store in a cool dry environment far from sources of heat.
