Organic, whole wheat, Pasta Mancini Spaghetti,penne and fusilli are brass wire-drawn and dried slowly at low temperature.
The result obtained is a pasta of high digestibility, outstanding organoleptic and nutritional qualities in terms of vitamins, minerals and fibers.

They use circular bronze die plates and they dry pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours.
Whole wheat fusilli have a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 40 mm. Their cooking time is between 7 and 9 minutes
