RISOTTO WITH ASPARAGUS

To cook a simply delicious Risotto with asparagus, has never been so easy !

Stoppato's ready made recipes have been developed thanks to an experienced chef, who is an expert in local cuisine and is known to have prepared the most well known and traditional risotto recipes. Also combining as a skilled food technologist he has been able to produce a recipe by dehydrating the ingredients, which has helped preserve the high quality and taste, that we are accustomed too. The result is a 100% natural product without any preservatives or gluten. For the prepared recipes they only use the HIGHEST QUALITY bio carnaroli rice. The preparation is very easy: in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water, add the pouch content, stir and simmer for about 15 mins. The end result being a delicious risotto dish, that is easy and quick to prepare with the taste of Italian tradition. There is no need to add anything: no broth, butter, wine, etc. All Stoppato's products are naturally gluten free.
