The Cinnamon Modican Chocolate bar is made with 50% cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, and cinnamon. We love to use the cinnamon sticks from Sri Lanka, and to grind it at the very moment to give the chocolate more flavor and freshness. With a 70 g. Orange Modican Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate: in a saucepan put 180 ml. of water and the chocolate bar in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Two servings (in cups).
