This marmalade is made with red oranges i, a variety that was about to disappear and that now, thanks to a revitalisation plan, has become a Slow Food Presidium. Our marmalades are made with freshly picked fruit and no added thickeners or flavoring, so you will have the feeling of eating fresh fruit. The addition of  cane sugar makes them delicate and non sickly sweet at all.
