Santa Venere, the stream that ows through the estate,
is the name of the company and of the Cirò wine collection.
Greco bianco, a native calabria grape variety of clear hellenic origin, was imported by greek colonisers when they migrated
to calabria's ionic coast.

Production area: Voltagrande estate and other vineyards in Cirò.

Grapes varieties: 100% Greco organically cultivated.

Training system: Espalier.

Harvest period: First ten days of September.

Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for 5 months, in the bottle for 1 month.

Alcoholic content: 12,5% vol.

Palate: Firm, delicate, even if with a good acidity.

Serving temperature: Not less than 12/14° c.

Pairings suggestion: Seafood and sh with sauces on top, mussels, well seasoned pasta.
